A Framework for Scheduler Synthesis

چکیده

In this paper we present a framework to integrate speci cation and scheduler generation for real-time systems. In a rst step, the system, which can include arbitrarily designed tasks (cyclic or sporadic, with or without precedence constraints, any number of resources and CPUs, . . . ) is speci ed in terms of a timed Petri-net formalism. We show how to generate, in a second step, the most general non-preemptive dynamic online scheduler for this speci cation, using a controller synthesis technique.
